D&J culture and creative group
The D&J Creative Group was established in Taiwan by Spencer Chang and Joanna Lei, two veterans in the international business arena.
Spencer Chang and Joanna Lei sought out experts in fashion, industry, textiles, finance and media to start the D&J Creative Group, which consists of entertainment agency Merlin Entertainment, full-service agency D&J Integrated Marketing, and film company Chienna International Ltd. Using a model of horizontal consolidation and vertical exchange, D&J uses the nurturing of artists and entertainers and marketing and fundraising for the entertainment industry to build a global stage.
Spencer Chang is an entrepreneur with 40 years of experience in fashion, the garment, media, and entertainment industries.
Starting his career at Asia’s largest global supply chain firm Linmark, he then went to the United States and formed Mavest International, an original design and manufacturing firm well-known in the garment industry. With a team of creative and marketing powerhouses, Mavest International set up factories and operations in cities around the world.
Joanna Lei has been a leading executive in the communications, broadcasting, and finance industries in Asia and North America for the past 30 years
Serving as a Vice President at New York media giant Capital Cities/ABC, Inc and becoming the highest ranking person of Chinese descent in the American media. She then proceeded to Singapore where she control the AIG Investment Fund, broadening her reach to the media industry in Asia, before returning to Taiwan to be first a Parliament member and chairmen of multiple major corporations. Currently, she is also serving as a boardmember at DCTV.
